Let your fantasies became truth. I sat for a long time after I ended watching The Strange One, reflecting on my life. The film encourages reflection and, although it is not an outstanding work, it is certainly worth getting acquainted with it. Efficient balancing between different, preferably extreme, moods seems to me one of the greatest pieces in screenwriting. Recently, The Strange One is again on the screens of our cinemas. The whole plot of The Strange One can be interpreted in many ways, but I think the movie is even too short.... Show more
The Strange One description:
Jocko De Paris, a cadet leader at the Southern Military Academy, manipulates events so that the headmaster's son George Avery Jr. is drunk and expelled. Through various strains, Jocko silences involuntary accomplices like his roommate Harold Koble, football star Roger Gatt and Robert Marquales and Maynard Simmons of first class, for fear of the girl who terrorizes Jocko by meeting a girl from the city of Rosebud.
