The actors of A Single Frame doesn't try to become stars of the evening, but they consistently play their roles. If travel to Dubrovnik, Jeff Bowden is the emotional impact of a photograph taken while the boy who the Balkan conflicts of 1998. The picture taken by French photojournalist Alexandra Boulat, was part of an exhibition in Kosovo. Driven by haunting image and the fact Boulat died shortly after the first pictures to see Bowden is more about the history of the hotel to get to meet those who knew best Boulat. His obsession leads him to Kosovo, where he rents to help an integral war to find out what the young refugees happen. with a single frame Travel weaves research into the effects of photography on both sides of the gate.
