The wonderful baseball player Jubeh Yakyu (Yes Sakaguchi) is the most terrifying and dangerous youth offender in all of Japan. After accidentally causing his father's death with a highly skilled, deadly fire field, Jubeh refused baseball and became a criminal. Now, at the age of 17, he was sent to Pterodactyl because of minors because of hardened criminals. Director Ishihara, granddaughter of a Nazi collaborator from World War II, leads the institution with an iron fist and enthusiastic help from Ilsa's sadistic assistant.
