Wayne gets a new rookie partner, Lanny, after his previous partner received the promotion he wanted. Lanny has to remind Wayne of the Christmas spirit and the importance of being an elf in Santa's elite preparation and landing unit.

Looking at the entire career of director Kevin Deters, there is one pearl among it - Prep & Landing. It is worth returning to Prep & Landing, there is a chance that every time we discover something new, something hidden. Pictures and scenography in Prep & Landing are great. Efficient balancing between different, preferably extreme, moods seems to me one of the greatest pieces in screenwriting. The actors of Prep & Landing doesn't try to become stars of the evening, but they consistently play their roles. The whole plot of Prep & Landing can be interpreted in many ways, but I think the movie is even too short.... Show more
