Every year, at least a dozen of Action movies are created, most of them are usually ordinary. The ending is like a Hitchcock hit, the final turn of the action that amazes and depresses. Pictures and scenography in Chicago Overcoat are great. Chicago Overcoat starts very innocently. Actors play looks real and I believed in it. Chicago Overcoat gives the viewer unusual emotions. They are unpleasant, they drill a hole in the stomach and in the mind. And this is the beauty of this film. A nomination for an Oscar is not enough.... Show more

Chicago Outfit was the strongest organized crime syndicate of the 20th century, and Lou Marazem (Frank Vincent) was their deadly killer. Twenty years after his most famous hits Lou wave a relic, Obscured forget his legend, his talents, and his days of glory above. When a high-profile representatives of the Union is arrested for tax evasion, the upper head of the costume (Armand Assante), muted by series of key witnesses before the government uncover a vast conspiracy by the police, mob city officials and troops.
