When sitting down to watch The Devil's Honey, one should prepare for an unusual session. The Devil's Honey has the most beautiful end you can ever dream of. I was afraid that knowledge of the plot would in some way take away the joy of watching, but it did not happen. Action, comedy, adventure, riddle to solve - sometimes too much, it's unhealthy. In this case, the ingredients are perfectly balanced. Acting is very real - I believed what I see on the screen. For 3/4 of the movie, I had an unpleasant hug in my stomach. The Devil's Honey description:
Dr. Wendell is a restless surgeon with the disturbing wife Carol and a stressful job in the hospital that operates on a wounded young man, Johnny, who then dies in his care. This man's girlfriend, Jessica, is perilously upset, kidnaps a doctor, locks him up in his apartment, and subjects him to sexual play and torture for being held responsible for her boyfriend's death.
