Lance Grayden, experienced coach who left the league this year, moving his daughter into the elite group of softball club and studies, he returned to "give something back" to the community. He suspected that he coaches the 16-and-under teams and a 10-under-team saddled by experienced and talented players, but with inexperienced players.
