Everyone have heard about the famous India Song. The ending is like a Hitchcock hit, the final turn of the action that amazes and depresses. The whole movie is complemented by well matched music. The full film is complemented by great music and good scenes. Recently, India Song is again on the screens of our cinemas. The whole plot of India Song can be interpreted in many ways, but I think the movie is even too short.
India Song description:
Poetic story about Anne-Marie Stretter, the wife of a French diplomat in India in 1930. At 18, she married a French colonial administrator, and went with him to the posting to Savannakhet, Laos. There she met her second husband, who took 17 years, and lived in several places in Asia. Now, in Calcutta, she takes lovers boredom in your life ease. Said in a very visual style with a small but steady dialogue voice-over narration of different characters.
