Breathtaking film from 1986. I can easily recommend. It has a beautiful storyline. The whole movie is complemented by well matched music. Tai-Pan starts very innocently. There are few works similarly affecting the viewer, leaving such an emotional resonance after the screening. Tai-Pan is by far the best movie I've seen in recent months, and I've seen quite a lot of them.
