Very easy based on the complicated novel by Joanne Greenberg. A young woman's dedication to her childhood fantasy took her whole life and caused endless pain and humiliation. She is in a psychiatric clinic and is very lucky to have a really caring therapist who is trying to help her accept reality, even if the reality is not so great.
